Random Acts of Verbiage

I am finally back from a VERY busy (yet extremely fun) weekend! I will post more later on some of the specifics. Here is a rundown of the good times:

Friday – Got up way too early and drove to work. Left work early and drove more to Anacortes to catch a ferry to Orcas Island. Had a fun time at Woodsong Music Festival. Caught late ferry back to Anacortes. Drove way too much back to Bonney Lake. Went to bed at 3:30am.

Saturday – Up at the crack of 10:00am. Drove to Fauntleroy (at amazing speed) for Andrew and Amber’s wedding rehearsal (I video taped the event for them). Went to Salty’s on Alki for some damn good food (and company). Off to Dan’s for a few minutes of relaxing before heading over to Phil’s for Andrew’s bachelor party. Had a fun time hanging out with the guys, chatting, playing poker, etc. Back to Dan and Stacey’s and hung out with them and Casey and watched parts of Love Actually in reverse order… don’t ask me why. Asleep at 3:00.

Sunday – Up at 10:00. Wrapped presents. Went to West Seattle for the wedding. Got set up, pressed record. They said “I do” and kissed. Filmed more at the reception. Busted-a-move on the dance floor (or something like that). Ate cake. They drove off into the sunset. Back to Dan and Stacey’s for more hanging out and eating of food. Got to talk more to Jeremy and Bethany who I hadn’t seen in a long time. Greg brought Cubans but we didn’t have time. Maybe next time. Asleep at 1:00.

Monday – Once again up at 10:00. Played Fable till 1:00. Drove back to Bonney Lake. Done and done.
