CSI Rocks my World!

Quentin Tarantino directed the season finale of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation tonight and it was awesome. There were many elements that made it feel like a Quentin project - people exploding and such. It was intense and had a great plot and if you know the characters, it was very emotional - even made me cry! Kudos to CBS for letting Quentin direct and for making it two hours. Quite gripping! If you didn’t get to see it, be sure to catch it in reruns.

PetersonOn another note, I am heading up to Vancouver tomorrow for The Regent Tradition Conference with Eugene Peterson and Bruce Waltke. It should be a really good event and will let you all know how it goes!

Then on Sunday it is time for Star Wars: Episode III at the best place to see it: Seattle Cinerama. I am looking forward to it!

Have a good weekend!
Shalom

PS - Arrested Development was picked up for a third season!! How much does that rule?

Yes, I caught the CSI finale. Did you see Frank Gorshin’s
little cameo? The episode was dedicated to him.

Quentin sure does know how to mess with a person’s mind! Everything IS coming up roses! ;) But why do you have to go and put down Star Wars? Don’t knock it till you have seen it! It is actually getting some pretty good reviews. I think Erin is seeing it today. We will let you know how it is. :)

I didn’t realize that Gorshin has made a cameo, but I guess I wasn’t looking for it either. What role was he? For those that don’t know, Gorshin is an actor who has been an numerous movies and tv shows, probably his most notable role was as “The Riddler” in the 60′s television series Batman. He died on May 17th of this year.

He was probably the girl’s dad.

Yeah, that is possible. I guess I am not really sure what “The Riddler” looks like as an older person.
